Huey-Wen Lin Named 2020 Cottrell Scholar
Assistant professor Huey-Wen Lin has been named by The Research Corporation for Science Advancement as a 2020 Cottrell Scholar, making her the latest Physics and Astronomy faculty member to win this prestigious award. The program aims to encourage the next generation of teacher-scholars, a description which aptly fits Professor Lin. She is a leader in both her research on lattice gauge quantum chromodynamics (LQCD) and is dedicated to increasing the representation of women at all levels in physics.
