Physics-Astronomy IT Support
The P-A IT team assists with any and all IT equipment and software in the MSU Department of Physics and Astronomy. This includes computers, printers, network devices, software installs and software behavior.
For IT help, either email PA.DL.helpdesk@msu.edu or call 517-884-5460 (on-campus phones call 4-5460). You may also come to our office at 1209 BPS. If we are out helping someone when you come to our office, please email us, or call and leave a message.

Monday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
If you need help after-hours and the issue cannot wait until the next business day, please contact the central ITS helpdesk. Either call them at 517-432-6200 (on-campus phones call 2-6200), or report the problem via their web forms located at https://ithelp.msu.edu/ (click on 'Services' in the top ribbon).
