Internship opportunities
If you are interested in internship opportunities, be sure to talk to your advisor and other members of the department who might have connections at other institutions or communications with alumni.
- The APS maintains a site that links to internship opportunities at National Laboratories and several other institutions: https://www.aps.org/careers/employment/internships.cfm
- The Department of Energy maintains a list of internship opportunities, including links to programs at national laboraties: https://www.energy.gov/eere/education/find-internships. The DOE Office of Science also hosts the Graduate Student Research (SCGSR) Program: https://science.osti.gov/wdts/scgsr, which several of the PA graduate students make use of.
