Strosacker Learning Center
The Strosacker Learning Center, also known as the physics help room, is located on the ground floor of the Biomedical and Physical Sciences building, Rm 1248. It was established by a generous grant from the Charles J. Strosacker Foundation of Midland. The center has space for students to collaborate on solving physics problems, including clusters of tables and whiteboards. Moreover, graduate teaching assistants (GTAs) and undergraduate learning assistants (ULAs) are assigned blocks of hours each week during the academic year to assist students in specific physics and astrophysics courses. The exact hours for each course change from semester-to-semester. If you are a student looking for the help room hours of your GTA and/or ULA, please reach out directly to your professor.
